FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

1.  If there is no inventory on an item in the store are you out of stock?

Yes, we are out of stock on that item.  We get shipments weekly and always       try to keep items in stock but some items are impossible to keep stocked due to their popularity.  Check back often for shipments that will replenish inventory.


2.  How do I know that an item has been discontinued?

If an item has been discontinued we will remove it from the site.

 

3.  How quickly do you ship my order?

We try to ship any item that is shown as currently in stock the same day payment is received.  There may however be delays if we are backed up in shipping.  If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 days of your order please contact us.  We will always send out a shipping confirmation when your order has shipped.

 

4.  How do I know if my order has been received?

We will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours.  We are sometimes busy shipping orders and your confirmation may be delayed.  If you have not received a confirmation after 24 hours please contact us as there may have been an issue with your payment.

 

5.  Do you take pre-orders on items or do you hold items for customer?

No, we do not take any pre-orders or hold items for customers.

 

6.  Do you accept returns?

We will accept returns on unopened/unused items.  Please contact us first before you ship items back.  In the event your item arrives damaged please contact us for a replacement.

 

7.  Do you take custom orders?

Yes, please contact us if we do not have a color in the range you are looking for and we may be able to custom order that item for you.  We are able to custom order any item from the Picture Polish website.

 

8.  How will I know when you are going to restock an item?

We give frequent updates on our Facebook page of inventory arrival and expected shipment arrivals.  You can find our Facebook link on the home page. We also post inventory updates on the home page of the website.

9.  Can you email me when the item I want arrives.

No, I am sorry but we can't email each customer when they request to be notified.  The best way to find that information is thru Facebook or the home page of the website.

 

10.  Lynnderella polishes are sold via wish list.  We take wish lists at various times throughout the year and when new collections are released.  To be notified when we are taking new wish lists please sign up for notifications via email (left hand side bar at the bottom of the Home Page).  After you sign up you will receive an email to confirm your sign up and you must confirm in order to receive email alerts.  We take wish lists for several days and then shut down to fill these orders.  No new wish lists will be taken while we are filling orders.  This is the only way that Lynnderella polishes are sold.  As we received stock we fill the wish lists as we can in alphabetical order.  If any items are not in stock when your wish list is invoiced they will stay on your wish list until all items have been invoiced.  You will not need to send another wish list if items are on back order.
